The Royal Yacht Club Residence launch took place on 15 October 2026 at The Como Garden, Palazzo Versace Dubai. Kingdom by MAG and Azimuth Development welcomed real estate agents and clients for an evening on Dubai Creek to celebrate a new waterfront project on Dubai Islands.
From the first look at the project model to the light show on stage, it was a night to remember. Here are 5 amazing moments from the Royal Yacht Club Residence launch.
A Full House

The evening started at 5:00 PM in the garden of Palazzo Versace Dubai. Agents and clients met the Azimuth Development and Kingdom by MAG teams over dinner and live music. It was a relaxed setting to talk about the project, ask questions and meet new people. The garden, the lights and the view of the water made the Royal Yacht Club Residence launch feel special from the first minute.
The Project Up Close

Guests gathered around the Royal Yacht Club Residence model to see the project in detail: two curved towers with wide terraces, a pool deck and green gardens. The model helped guests picture the waterfront lifestyle the project will offer.
Royal Yacht Club Residence is a new project by Azimuth Development on Dubai Islands. It offers homes from 1 to 4 bedrooms, including duplexes, with a flexible 20/30/50 payment plan. Learn more on our Royal Yacht Club Residence page.
The Reveal

When the lights went down, dancers and a light show revealed the Royal Yacht Club Residence towers on the big screen. Many guests took out their phones to film the moment. It was when the project came to life in front of our guests, and one of the best parts of the Royal Yacht Club Residence launch.
The Presentation

Our hosts then presented the project on stage: its design, its homes and its location on Dubai Islands.
Dubai Islands is a new destination off the coast of Deira, made up of five islands. According to Nakheel, it has more than 20 kilometres of beaches and over 60 kilometres of waterfront. It is about 20 minutes from Dubai International Airport and is linked to the city by the Infinity Bridge.
The master plan also includes a Blue Flag beach, green parks and plans for more than 80 resorts and hotels, such as the Rixos Hotel & Residences, the first luxury hotel on the islands.
